The brief: build online buzz around the launch of CSI Miami 6. Our solution was a new twist on CSI's theme: βThe Evidence Never Lies.β
We developed a micro-site that craftily served up snapshots of 5 websites that the recipient had recently visited. This was made possible by tapping into the individuals cookies, then reconciling the matches with our database.
Traffic to the site was generated virally, via the refer-a-friend function. And for an added push, we kicked things off with an Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) blast.
